Hold Me Tight® Program

We are partnering with our local colleagues at LifeGrowth Psychological Services to offer the Hold Me Tight® marriage workshop to our community.

For: Adults in committed relationships, singles wanting to strengthen their relationships.

About: Learn how to move from disconnection and distress in your relationship to connection and emotional intimacy by being fully accessible, responsive, and engaged with one another.

When: March 10-11, 2023

Cost: $695 per couple

Where: Rivergate Church, College Station, TX

Who/What: (same)

For: Parents and their teenage children ages 13-19

About: Gain understanding on new ways to effectively communicate where everyone can feel heard and move forward feeling more emotionally connected and understood.

Cost: $400 per family
