Pre-marital sessions will consist of 8 weeks of marriage/relationship education to help you gain practical skills, strengthen your bond, and provide opportunities for dialogue concerning important topics in marriage. If desired, your counselor can integrate your Christian faith.
We are very happy to announce that we are offering pre-marital counseling for free with Cara, our Lamar University Graduate Student Counselor. Just let us know in the contact form that you would like to meet with Cara! Sessions with Christy will be at the full couples rate of $150 per session.
Pre-marital counseling provided will include an assessment taken by both partners in order to gain understanding of how each of your individual personalities and backgrounds influence the relationship and to learn how to leverage your unique combination as a couple to pursue and nurture lifelong love.
