Investment & Insurance
Therapy is an investment of time, energy, and money. Most of all, therapy is an investment in yourself and your mental, emotional, and relational well-being.
While at first glance the financial cost can seem significant, the rewards that are reaped are invaluable. With our professional guidance and your commitment to the process, you can experience personal growth, improved relationships, greater mental health, and a higher quality of life. We believe this is invaluable.
Our rates are reflective of the dedicated expertise and compassionate care of our clinical team. The benefits and results of the therapy process can be truly transformative and worth the investment.

Insurance
We understand you may be considering using your insurance benefits for counseling services. As a private-pay practice, we’ve chosen to offer counseling that extends beyond the medical diagnosis model required by insurance companies.
Our approach emphasizes personal development, life transitions, and emotional wellbeing through a relational and attachment-based lens. We work with clients from a growth-oriented perspective, creating a collaborative space to explore relationships, patterns, and meaningful change in an environment free from insurance constraints.
This choice allows us to:
- Protect your privacy
- Focus on your individual needs and goals
- Work together without external limitations on session length or frequency
We are happy to provide documentation (superbills) for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance providers.
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please be advised if you are seeking couples counseling, many providers do not reimburse for that. It is advised that you contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
Some recommended questions to ask your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
- How do I submit a claim for reimbursement?
Payment
Cash, check, HSA cards, and all major credit cards are accepted as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
