  • Alyssa Reeves, LPC-Associate

    Supervised by Crystal Brashear, LPC-S

I’m Alyssa, a former Recreational Therapist, current Counselor, and lifelong learner.

Experiences that I have collected have fueled a passion and commitment to not merely “coping” through life, but to discovering true wellness, meaning, freedom, healing, purpose, and joy through the struggles.

My counseling style approach includes beliefs rooted in my Christian faith, principles of empowerment and community from individual psychology, and interventions that increase mind-body connection. I often employ a diverse array of experiential methods in my sessions to cater to different learning styles and modes of self-expression.

As my client, you can expect compassionate care for your concerns and needs, coupled with a commitment to championing your healing and wholeness through a trauma-informed approach. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling more connected to yourself, to God, to your significant other, to family, and to your community.

I work with couples and individuals aged 18 and above. Specific issues I am happy to address include, but are not limited to: anxiety, depression, poor coping skills, family conflict, emotional disturbance, grief, marital and premarital counseling, school stress, women’s health, fertility issues, autoimmune conditions, peer relationships, spirituality, stress management, and life transitions.

Alyssa’s rate is $105 for individual counseling and $125 for couples or families. If you would like to meet with Alyssa, just let us know in the contact form!
